This program is for anyone who loves the spotlight and wants to improve their acting skills. Focusing on the basics and beyond, this workshop will cover the fundamentals of auditioning, performing, and developing the "tools" in your actor's toolkit: body and voice. We will also learn relaxation techniques and spend some time exploring the elements of improv and comedy. Finally, we will take a look at character and play analysis, and cover some of the basic stage direction, blocking, and movement. If you have stars in your eyes and want a star on the door someday, this workshop is for you!
