Family Fun Recycled Flower Planters!

April showers bring May flowers! To celebrate Earth Day, we're going to make flower planters from recycled materials that are easily found in the home. Then we will plant some seeds that (with a little love, sun, and water) will grow into beautiful flowers. We're providing all the supplies, but you might want to bring an apron because things could get a little messy! Are your kids interested in the science of how plants grow? Check out some of our great kids books on the life cycle of seeds, and then watch as the seeds in your planter sprout and change each day!
