Knowing your rights and how to protect yourself from unscrupulous practices is a must! Learn to identify scams, effectively say “no” and reduce unwanted solicitations. The latest utility scams, Caller ID spoofing, slamming, and cramming will be discussed.

Amy Carles, an education program specialist from the OCC, will lead the discussion and answer questions.
